Cut the onion into thin stripes and grate the garlic. Roast them in the frying pan.
Add the split beam and 3 glasses of water to these ingredients and them place on the stove. the dried lemon, the tomato paste together with pepper and salt (as much as neededd) should be added later. let the stew simmer.
Clean and rinse the fish and roast them.
The potatoes cut into thin stripes should be fried as well.
Add the fish to the stew and serve the dish with well browned potato stripes.
