Cut the heads and tails of fish. Clean, wash and rinse. Grind fish with garlic and onion.
Add the eggs, frying flour, pepper and salt and mix properly.
Warm oil to boiling point. Fry molded fishburgers to get a brownish color, then turn and fry the other side.
Fry the potato strips and decorate with green beans and carrot, then serve.
