Clean, wash, rinse and grind the fish.
Boil the potatoes, peel, and grind with fish and cooked split beans.
Clean, wash and rinse vegetables and chop them in small pieces.
Mix all with garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, saffaron, and stir them well.
Warm the oil to boiling point. Fry the molded cutlets well.
Decorate with parsley, and slices of lemon and serve.
